Home made sausage rolls - dairy, egg and nut free

Hello,
I am making sausage rolls to take to a friends boys birthday, and I'm taking sausage rolls. I typically use a great reciepe that has cheese and egg in it, but want to make something that Tex can have. Does anyone have a good sausage roll reciepe without egg and dairy (vego or with meat is fine).

Hi.
My son is egg dairy nut allergic.

I use borgs puff pastry, it's vegan.
And for the meat, sausage meat (from safeway)
Grated carrot, zucchini and a bit if bread grated to bind.
Tomato sauce and BBQ sauce then mix well.
Goes down a treat. Just don't add to many vegies if he kids are finiky
