    Ghee appreciation - more recipes

I have to say I'm a huge fan of ghee. I love cooking with it, it love how it has all the yummy taste of butter but doesn't burn, but apart from cooking pancakes/french toast etc. I don't know what else to use it in. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You melt unsalted butter over a low heat till its clear then strain through a few layers of cheese cloth carefully while still hot. It removes all the impurities and changes the qulity to ghee
