    Wheezing

We all have colds at the moment, DD1 has been complaining she's not feeling well which is obviously normal.

Tonight she wanted to watch glee so we came upstairs, she got very cuddly and she she didn't feel well, she started to wheeze a little then was ok.
She fell asleep and feels quite warm so I'm keeping her in my bed, every now and then she seems to try and take a deep breath in her sleep and wheezes a little.

Is it just the cold playing with her sinuses or should I be worried?

Maybe get her checked for peace of mind, but til around 2 wheezing can be normal because their airways are so tiny.

She may have some sort of infection though, if feverish

    Poor little poppet
I may be a viral induced wheeze...Maybe brought on by something like Bronchiolitis.
It would be worth keeping an eye on her tonight and if she doesn't get worse go to your GP in the morning.
If you notice her really start to struggle, get recessions (pulling in at the ribs when breathing), tummy breathing, tracheal tug (tugging in a base of throat) then I would take her to the hospital....hopefully it doesn't get to that.
Bronchiolitis usually last 5-7 days...with the worst days 3-4.
Do you have a vaporiser...I find that that helps my little ones. Or run the shower really hot and let the room steam up and stand in there with her...it help break up the congestion on her chest.
I really hope she is better soon.

Was going to post the same as RB. It sounds like it's what she has especially if she doesnt normally wheeze. We use a vaporizer, elevate the bed and keep them warm when the girls get it here. If it does get bad them get it checked jic it's something more serious.
