    Hop Shop Go anyone?

Just wanting to know your experiences with them if you have used them?

I'm a bit of a technophobe when it comes to things like this and it scares me a little!

Was it relatively easy? Did you have any hassles?

Any info you have would be great

    So very, very easy.

The only thing that annoyed me was that it's not possible to get a price estimate on delivery unless you know the dimensions and weight of the package you are buying. I've used them a few times on items that I couldn't get in Australia and had I known the cost of postage, I would have thought twice before purchasing. I don't think they are particularly expensive for postage but I just regretted spending the money.

Delivery was very quick and no hassles at all.

Let me know if you want further information.

    Thanks for your reply

That's what I'm worried about, I'm wanting to buy 6 items (a nursery set) and they're all quite bulky I think. I know the total weight is around 10.5kg for all of the items but not sure how big it all is.

Did you use the ship for me or the buy for me option?

My recent experience with them has been OK but information is really hard to find so I'll share a few things that you might find interesting.

When you join up you will be a lite member and are ineligible for items to be combined for shipping until you have had 3 parcels shipped. Then you become a premium member and ARE eligible to have things combined for shipping IF they are suitable. You will only remain a premium member for 3 months and if have no further purchases then you will drop back to a lite member.

Also all of the promotional material says you are eligible for up to 30 days free storage BUT that is only once you are a premium member. As a lite member you are only allowed 15 days free.
