Hi all
Im getting so stuck for ideas of what to cook for dinner and sick of eating the same stuff. Because of bubs reflux, Ive been advised by my naturopath to eat no tomatoes, no onions, no currys, no chillis, no citrus, no capscium/cabbage/brocolli/cauli, no dairy, no chocolate or coffee, and no legumes. Ive tried adding these things in, but unfortunately with every single one of these foods, bub gets a very upset tummy and I pay for it the next day! On top of that, I have to avoid gluten myself as Im coeliac.
Im getting a bit tired of our usuals - savoury mince, chops and veggie sides, chicken and veggie sides, roasts.. stir frys, homemade fish and chips..
Anyone got any quick easy recipes that might suit our extremely difficult dietary needs atm?? For two people who usually eat everything fiery and spicy, the blandness and boringness of this diet is driving me and hubby nuts!!
The things I can eat atm are - fish, lamb, beef mince, chicken, any GF grains and rice, rice milk, eggplants, corn, carrots, potatoes, fennel, lettuces, rocket, spinach, zucchini, celery, any nuts but peanuts, and fruits but not citrus ones
and spices are: lemongrass, pepper, tamari, coriander, cumin, aniseed, five spice, and any herbs.
