How Long to Get AF back after weaning/

Just wondering for those of you who didn't get AF back until you fully weaned bubba, how long did it take to return? I fully weaned almost two months ago now but still no sign of AF returning...it's very frustrating as I need to have at least two full cycles before we go back for IVF for number two and I aint getting younger sitting around waiting for it!!!

It's so frustrating waiting around isn't it? I hope it all comes back asap.

I seem to remember Mantaray saying it could be several months...
I only night weaned but it still took 2.5 months for me... Hope it's soon

I was surprised, it only took about 5 weeks from stopping BF till AF came back. DS was 17 months old, and I had been decreasing BF for months - only fed to sleep for day nap and at night. But I discussed it with my FS, and we were going to give it about 6 weeks, then they were going to try to stimulate me with some ovulation induction to see if they could kick start something. Could your FS do something to MAKE it happen if you feel like it's taking too long? I was freaking out because of a pretty low AMH result, and was desperate to start treatment asap.

Wishing you all the best, and hope that AF makes an appearance really soon.
