itti bitti tutto - how the heck do I use it on a newborn/littlebub??

I just received my itti bitti tutto in the mail today. Now for the life of me I can't figure out where the front section will sit on a new born/little bub. I get the side sections fold over each other and clip but where does the excess section go which is over their belly?

there are videos on you tube- i think the excess at the front just kinda folds over and clips up.

For a newborn, I's take out the booster that doesn't fold under itself (the front one I think) The one with blue snap should fold up short enough, then snap the bottom snaps on the front to the top ones.
