So I bought DH a shirt on eBay and was sent a different (much uglier) one. An honest mistake I'm sure and I have contacted the seller. But just wanting to know what the deal is with postage costs when this happens. Does the seller refund postage (to cover me sending it back) and then send the correct item at no cost to me? Or can I just tape up the package and return to sender?
Ta for the reply LC. The seller emailed me, was lovely and very apologetic. He refunded the postage and some extra for compensation so I can get it back to him and then he can post the right item out. Very glad as it was an awesome shirt and I want to see DH in it!
