Inspire me: What's your favourite' only one-hand free' food?

I'd forgotten just how hard it is to eat a good sized meal with a newborn in the house. I'm SOOOO hungry all the time now that I am breastfeeding and with a toddler as well, 'meals' are non exisitant for me at the moment.

so apart from muffins and biscuits (), what's the foods you snack on when using two hands isnt an option.

    so far for me its
    -grapes
-apples, nashi & bannana (most other fruits need cutting)
    -mini quiches
    -yogurt
    -toast
    -left over pasta bake

hmm no wonder I'm always so hungry - any ideas??

Sandwiches, Jaffles/toasted sandwiches. Carrots, zuchinni, celery sticks with dip.
I find that I don't eat much when I am feeding, I get more thirsty than anything, so I make sure that I have a 1.5lt bottle of water next to me to drink. Usually I finish it or get close to finishing it.

LOL I'm actually eating a carrot now, they are so tasty. Celery is a good one, haven't had that for ages.
I also get really thirsty, I out several bottles in the fridge over night so.at least I always have one.
I'm still so hungry now, but tired to, think that wins.

Milk (or a banana smoothie if I could make it)
    Leftovers (always make extra dinner!)
    Zucchini slice or savoury muffins
    Nuts, dates, sultanas, dried apricots

    Hi There,

    Ahhh, I remember those days........

Baked beans on toast - that is a really good boost.
    Nuts/Dried fruit mix
    Cruskits/Salada crackers
A big glass of milk with Milo (full fat for you because you're feeding!!!)

Another idea, can you make extra portions at dinner time to reheat the following day for lunch for your LO & yourself?

    Good luck! Happy snacking!

    xx
