Roast pork - roast pork, apple sauce and gravy sandwiches with cheap nasty white bread

Beef stroganoff - pop into little individual dishes, top with pastry, bake and serve with a dollop of sour cream

Chilli con carne - Slavered on crispy jacket roasted potatoes, with sour cream, cheese and guacamole

Corned beef - thick cold slices straight from the fridge

Bolognese - pizza or again on jacket potatoes

Roast potatoes - Cold straight from the fridge

Just made a shepherds pie out of left over roast lamb - delish! Generally all left overs get eaten for lunch the next day...

Whats your favourite left overs and what do you do with them?

i thought i was the only one who ate cold roast potatoes!!!

ive been know to make extra just so i can eat them cold

i love homemade sausage rolls COLD out of the fridge the day after a party!

I make extra roast veges so I can turn them into soup.

YES!!! they are great, especially slice in half length ways and put into fresh white bread!!!

Beef stroganoff left overs - there is nothing better I reckon!!!
Both my kids LOVE left over roast meat sandwiches the following day from a roast as well.

Leftover roast chook - chicken risotto
Leftover roast veg - couscous salad OR hot couscous with the meat reheated in the frypan
Leftover bol sauce - toasted sangas YUM
