    I am a bit scared

I have a lump forming on my lower leg on my shin above my ankle.

It is quite large Its not rock hard, but it feels nobbly (if that makes sense) when I touch it. it is about the size (roundness), of half a tennis ball, but smaller if you know what I mean.

I am so, so terrified to go to the drs to find out what this thing is.. all I can think of is cancer and usually cancer in the leg means its secondary cancer from something else I have had this lump a few months now, there is no pain associated with it, but I have noticed its getting bigger

    anyone have anything like this??

It's not sore to touch? or walk on?

    Is it red in colour?

I would get it checked out asap - better to nip it in the butt sooner rather than let it get bigger.

My step-dad gets a lot of blood clots in his legs, some are sore to touch and some aren't - so it might be something like that? He just gets some medication to make them break up - they are pretty dangerous if left for a long time though.

I hope it's nothing - I would say to not worry about it more than you have too but I know thats easier said than done lol

    Good luck!!
