    heat pack ok?

    Hi
    I am 27wks 5days.
My upper inner thighs and under my belly are causing me so much pain and discomfort walking, standing, sleeping....
I only started growing really big after 23wks so I'm assuming its my body growing, stretching and freaking out.

I don't want to overheat my baby but is using a heatpack ok to try and relieve pain??

    Thanks

I've been told to use one on my csection scar that is causing issues.

You will not overheat your baby by using a heat pack.

I was told by my midwife using a heatpack on the lower part of your belly is fine, but to be careful to use it on the upper half as it can cause your blood pressure to lower, which is a problem for me as I have had low blood pressure throughout this pregnancy.
