Talking Omg i am in love with my mcn's

Ok soo I was soo not keen on MCN's and now I find them easier than disposables how weird hey!! I thought the poo and the wee would get to me but I have surprised myself I am on week 2 with my MCN's, Though I use the bio-degradable liners which I flush as they are flushable and its a one size fits all with micro-fibre and we haven't had any leakage either !!! It has snaps up the front for different levels and snaps on the insert to adjust per size and velcro tabs!

Anyways thats my massive WAHOO for MCN's

(Yes I am crazy but just soo impressed) I now understand why everyone raves about them

    ANYHO thanks for reading

You squirt the poo down the toilet prior to washing (well once they're on solids). DD even picks out which one she wants to wear now and throws a wobbly when I have to put her night sposie on.

BFing poo is that liquid that it can just go through the wash. I just put my nappies in on their own ad do an extra rinse. If you were that worried you could rinse the insert quickly under a tap to get the bulk of it off but I wouldn't worry with it being so fine. If you did want to put them in with other clothes i'd put them through a rinse cycle first (on their own) to dilute the urine.

MrsBexie - I know what you mean about being grossed out with poo I have a weak tummy DD is BF and still has runny poo's but the liners block them from going on the MCN and I just shake that in the toilet flush and its done (when you forget to put a liner in you just rinse under the tap its heaps easier than you think)

CrazyLady tell me about it my DH is the same too!! I will head over to the threads thats for sure

I use swaggers nappies I found them the best on the market I tried peapods etc etc and these ones were the only ones that fit her properly as she is only now in 0000 plus they will be good for toilet training too! Plus they have their own Bio-Deg liners and they were an Aussie mums design so supporting her
