(Im hoping this in the right area, but if its not I apoligise... Just not sure where to post such a question)
We have your usual run of the mill digital camera. Its lasted wel considering how much punishment the girls seem to give it whenever they get their hands on it.
Well until the day. The other day I turn it on, and at first it doesnt want to turn on, so it keeps on turning itself off.
At first I think there must be sand in the lens. But not too sure. After a while, I can get it to start up, but the picture in the viewer is rather blurry.
So my question is; would anyone know what it might sound like? And do you think it could be fixed at a camera shop? or would I be better off buying a new camera (which is out of the budget for the nest while)?
It doesn't sound like a home fix it kind of job to me - might be worth popping into a camera shop and they would probably you if it is worth fixing it or just replacing it. My last camera got dropped on a tile floor and I was told it's not worth paying to get it fixed.
Good luck!!
