If you buy a cooked chook, can you reheat it later?

Yes, but I do believe it needs to be chilled (below 4 degrees C) first, and then when it is heated, must be above 60 degrees C. And only heated once.

I could be wrong about having to chill it first, but the 60degrees and only heated once is a definite.
