    freezing raw meatballs

    how is the best way?? ive made a batch of meatballs and want to freeze some, how is the best way

    Line a tray with glad wrap or baking paper, place the meatballs out in a single layer, and cover them all with gladwrap. Pop them in the freezer flat, and let them freeze. When they are frozen, take them off the tray and pop them all in a container or zip lock bag.
