    Appetite suppressants.

Has anyone used appetite suppressants, either natural or pharmaceutical?

Im starting to notice Im getting fat, and alot of it stems from eating to much, even if its healthy food. I ALWAYS feel hungry. Its getting ridiculous.

I've got some African Mango tablets on order, apparently they naturally suppress the appetite and also burn fat naturally. If they ever arrive from the US, I'll let you know!

Oooh thanks Keike! I hope they work for you. Where did you hear about them?

ETA: A follow on question - Ive noticed my appetite has gotten 1000x worse since I had ds3 and my stomach muscles separated ridiculously. Ive done all the exercises and wore the special corset after the birth but they havent repaired (I guess having 3 kids in 2.5yrs will do that to you). Could it be possible that my stomach is expanding way more than normal between the gap in my stomach muscles? I get bloated very very easily and look 6mths pregnant after a meal, but if I barely eat anything my stomach is reasonably flat for being post 3 kids (it is also pre-kids flat when I lie down, I can actually see my stomach muscles and the gap between them!)

My Mum told me about them, she asked me to check them out and order some for her if I was getting some. The ones I ordered also have Green Tea in them, which is another metabolism booster. I looked at a lot of different sites for info on it, and while they said that it may not work as fast as touted (22 lbs in 5 months), it definitely works. I'm quite excited about it actually!

Sounds interesting, I don't eat much at all maybe once and if I feel like it I'll eat twice but the burning fat is highly enticing lol

Freya have you tried physio? I heard they can help with certain exercises that help them retract back, maybe wrong not sure I know if you get a personal trainer they can focus on key areas to bring them back into the right position
