    Not Sure ???

We took the girls fishing yesterday, DD1 was grizzly around lunch time put it down to being hungry and not having a sleep.
Had to go for a drive so she slept 20 min in the car and woke of her own accord.

She grizzled the rest of the afternoon, wanted cuddles, hardly ate and then started getting hot.
Got home she was screaming if your her down, sooking and had a temp of 39.
Spent the night in our bed, nurofen this morning, very cuddly then back to normal, fine all day.

Go to bunnings, she slept on way there, had dopey eyes not long before we left, get there, sooking, just wants cuddles, temp starts to rise.
Got home still sooky, now on my bed after nurofen, temp 39.1

Any ideas, no rash, she seems abut tender under the arm when I pick her up but nothing there just hot to touch.
She has a birthday party tomorrow and I dont know if she seems okin the morn if we should go or if we should keep her away????

Sounds like she is getting/fighting a bug of some sort...Is she snotty or got a sore throat? Poor chicken.
I would probably er on the side of caution and keep her away from the party, especially if you aren't sure what she has isn't viral.

Hope she feels better soon xo

I'd probably keep her away from the party. We've often had 48hrs of fever before other symptoms kick in. Might be beginnings of a virus. Hope the fever kills off whatever it is.

Thanks ladies, she's going to be so upset.
Not sure if I should leave her home and take DD2.

She doesn't seem to have a sore throat and no snotty nose, I really have no idea. I feel so bad for her especially as now she can say "I don't feel well" or "I feel sick"

Could she have an ear infection (screaming when lying down and temp)?

I hope she wasn't too disappointed about missing the party. How did she go last night?

She was a bit better last night, no temp but still sooky.. have been cooking all morning so she's been occupied and seems fine.
I have promised that she and the birthday girl can have a play at the play centre this week and she can give her her present
