    I'm I overeacting

    Hello all
I'm new here and to the world of Angels.
I have a problem that is eating me.
My sister in law asked my husband for the memeroy card of our angel Char-leigh (stillborn @35) as she wanted to do something for us. The problem is he never discuused this with me or did he tell me she had it until I went looking for it. I had past a comment to DH about my BF having the card still a few weeks ago hoping that she hadn't got rid of our pics and he said to me that she wouldn't have. Neither DH or SIL said a word to me in the last 4 weeks about it now I'm angry at them for going behind my back as I'm a very senstive person and these are all I have left of Char-leigh. Have I overeacted please help me

Welcome to BB Char-leighs mum, I'm so sorry for your loss .

Although I haven't been where you are, I don't think you are over-reacting at all. Can you ask for it back so you can copy all the photos onto another device? I can completely understand why you would be upset .

firstly, im so sorry for your loss it's a horrible 'club' that we have to join. i don't think you are overreacting at all, i would be the same. we had such limited times with our angel baby, and we cling to everything about them, including photos and memory cards. maybe if you explain to them that those things are all you have left? and i would get copies of the photos as well,as soon as i could. that'snice that they wanted to do something for you though. welcome to BB and hope you get the support you need xxx

Welcome, sorry that you are joining under such sad circumstances. I am sorry for your loss. What a beautlful name for your princess.

I agree with Trish. Tell them to make a copy straight away and give you back your memory card. You need those photos and they should be considerate.

You aren't over reacting at all. While I wouldn't necessarily think your DH went behind your back I do think it was risky for him to lend out your other copy. And that they have had them too long. You need to get them back as soon as you can to at least make another copy as a back up.
