Lightbulb Renewing wedding vows and baby naming ceremony on the same day?

Hi ladies, I was hoping I could grab your thoughts on this topic to help me decide.
Okay so just a bit of background........

I got married when I was 18 and had a very small ceremony and celebration (my parents and DH dad)....so I always felt sad in my own way I didn't indulge in all the people I love being there, it rained (outside wedding) my parents at the time had negative views on me being married so that affected us, make up artist made me look like a drag queen .lol. and the photographer left the lens on her camera so the piccies were sh*t (Sorry still very tender for me when think of the photo's after all these years).

Anywho so years have past and I still think my DH is a hunk a spunk and we are still head over heels for each other but not only that we are expecting our first baby
I have always had a fantasy that I shared witn DH for years now that I would love to renew our wedding vows to each other and combine it with our babies naming ceremony in the near future.

So I was wondering what you ladies think? I feel wrong to still have this desire to renew our vows as some people think it is a waste of time (My mum for eg) but I would love to have a small ceremony that involves our babies naming ceremony and declare our love still in a renewal ceremony without making it a big deal or cheesy.

    Thanks in advance.x

I just went to a christening the other month and the parents, who were engaged but not married, surprised us all and got married straight after the christening ceremony (They are Catholics so had separate ceremonies for christenings to Sunday church service). We all thought it was beautiful. So I say go for it!
