Someone's famous pink or red salad (going back a few years)

Ok, so the memory is a bit hazy, but I seem to recall there was a famous (on BB) salad a few years ago, a pink salad or a red salad?

Can someone point me in that direction?

Otherwise, I welcome any beetroot-based salad suggestions too.

I do a salad that has

- 1 tin of lentils drained
- quartered baby beetroots
- diced celery & capsicum
- crumbled goats cheese (preferably Meredith Goat cheese in oil)
- powdered cumin and coriander
- salt & pepper

Beetroot, sliced orange, crumbled goats cheese or feta and a really garlicky (if that's your thing) olive oil dressing with some salt and peps. Simple and delicious!

Thanks for the suggestions ladies, in the end I did a salad with balsamic-roated beetroot, greens, salad onion, fetta and prosciutto, with a good garlicky vinaigrette. But I'd still love to know what the pink/red salad was...
