    Barramundi ????

    Have Barramundi to cook for tea looking for how to do it apart from pan fry as I normally would.

    Something yummy maybe a Baked recipe

    Steamed with finely chopped ginger and garlic and served with some soy sauce and seaseme oil. Really nice

    we usually put it in foil a bit of lemon juice, salt, pepper wrap it up and either cook it on the BBQ or cook it in the oven

    its been a while but i think it was 25-30mins but it depends on the size of the piece of fish.

    we didnt have any lemon juice for tonight's fish so we looked online and made up our own marinate. We're having King fish tonight (i have no idea about fish, fish is fish to me lol) and the marinate is: orange juice (dont have any so not putting in), soy sauce, tomato sauce, oil, minced garlic, ground pepper, oregano & parsley mixed together and the fish is marinating in the fridge until we cook it in the oven.

    Ok cool thanks and how high??

    Will just do salt and pepper and lemon juice and wrap individually in foil and baking paper (stop foil sticking) serve with cheese sauce

    Thanks have my baked potatoes in oven allreday!!

    Have lemon juice salt pepper and smmall amount of garlic and white wine to put on fish before wrapping

    Yum, that's how we do our barra too, but for next time it's awesome pan fried and served with a selection of sliced tropical fruits instead of salad.

    Was yummo will do it again the white wine gave it a tang complimented by the lemon juice!!!!

    Baked potatoes with crispy skin and garlic butter and sour cream!!!

    our marinated fish was YUMMO!! will try marinated & pan frying fish again
