we usually put it in foil a bit of lemon juice, salt, pepper wrap it up and either cook it on the BBQ or cook it in the oven
its been a while but i think it was 25-30mins but it depends on the size of the piece of fish.
we didnt have any lemon juice for tonight's fish so we looked online and made up our own marinate. We're having King fish tonight (i have no idea about fish, fish is fish to me lol) and the marinate is: orange juice (dont have any so not putting in), soy sauce, tomato sauce, oil, minced garlic, ground pepper, oregano & parsley mixed together and the fish is marinating in the fridge until we cook it in the oven.
Ok cool thanks and how high??
Will just do salt and pepper and lemon juice and wrap individually in foil and baking paper (stop foil sticking) serve with cheese sauce
How high should oven be
oh good question ummi think it was 160 degrees fan forced
Thanks have my baked potatoes in oven allreday!!
Have lemon juice salt pepper and smmall amount of garlic and white wine to put on fish before wrapping
