    weird coloured urine

    this is embarrassing

i havent felt well since mid afternoon yesterday just feel like vomitting with no actual vomitting not sure if its related.
so ive been drinking a lot of water today because of the above so in the actual toilet my urine is hardly any colour in fact if i left it there you wouldn;t be able to tell someone had pee'd in the toilet! But now heres the confusing bit when I wipe its a weird peachy colour quite darkish NOTHING compared to whats in the toilet.
I dont have any pain when i urinate or any stomach pains that arent BH's
Any ideas on what it could be?

Could it be part of your plug Hun?

If you've been feeling nauseous, it might be a good idea to check with your midwife or GP, in case there is something going on with your kidneys. I think there are some "normal" reasons why your urine can be a different colour (sometimes relating to wht you've eaten an drunk) but the not-feeling well part is worth getting checked, as your overall health can be more vulnerable when you're preggy.

yup was gonna say it could be part of your plug making it a lovely colour when you wipe.

ah the joys of being preggers!

thanks ive never officially lost my plug or had a show that i ever noticed so wouldn't have a clue! might pop into the drs on wednesday if its still like this n theres no obvious reason ie labour!
It would be typical though not even been out of hospital for a week and had numerous urine tests for hundreds of thing it would be typical to pick something up so soon!

Another one who thinks it is plug related...easy way to find out, pop a (clean) finger inside your vagina (not too far, just the tip!) and swish around for a bit of CM, then wipe that on the loo paper. That way you will be able to tell where it's coming from itms. With all the water you've been drinking your urine will be very diluted so I'd say it is some form of plug/mucus

ETA, woah, hey there PZ, you creepy perve. My post sounds nasty. But that's how I've always checked CM colour,

lmao PZ what did DF put in those scones!
Never thought to "check" and yeah it does seem its not coming from my actual pee coz its too diluted to have any colour to it ... why oh why does DH have to be away tonight

I'd say the wee looking clear is just because you've drunk so much water - it's normal for it to do that. But the color when you wipe sounds like it could be your plug coming away. Mine started coming away 4 weeks before DS2 was born.

It could also be red blood cells from a UTI.
