Nose bleeds post op

DD has has a spontaneous nose bleed. She had a GA yesterday. Would that cause a nose bleed? Doesn't helP that she doesn't keep her fingers out of it!

Not sure if it helps any, but I had a GA four weeks ago and in the fortnight after the surgery, I had a total of 6 minor nosebleeds. I forgot to ask the surgeon about it at my last appointment, sorry I'm not much help but it happened to me and I'm doing okay now... good luck with it, I hope DD doesn't have any more nosebleeds! I hope she's feeling better soon. xx
