    Keeping infant socks on???

    Hi,
DD is 7 mo old now, and very good at removing her socks.
Does anyone know where I can buy "sock-ons"? I have only found one on-line Australian store that has them (but yucky colours!). Are there any shops that stock them? Or on-line stores? Please PM if unable to post links.
    thanks.

If you have a baby bunting near you, go there, they have these things you put over the top that keep them from slipping off, they look really cute too!

Maybe your DD gets too hot and that is why she takes them off? My DD is a hot baby and in the winter she wears a long sleeved nightdress and her doona and that is all. As a baby she could only be in a sleeping bag with no blankets.....

Both my boys were/are bad at keeping socks on!!

DS1 still occasionally pulls them off and he is nearly 3.
DS2 wont keep them on for more than about 10 mins UNLESS is distracted playing as soon as I put on then they may stay for slightly longer.

I have that many odd socks and have lots many pairs.

Liquid nails would work, I don't think anything else does.

I just stick mine in full length onesies if I want his toes to stay warm, it gets very cold here so its not unusual to have a short onesie, full onesie, sleeping bag, hat AND a pile of blankets all on the one baby. I need to get a bunch of those stretchy terry onesies to wear under his clothes in winter so he doesn't get any accidental bits of exposed skin.

Miss 3 still won't keep socks on at home, but she's fine when we're out. Heck, until 3 months ago she was naked pretty much all the time so socks were the least of our worries. Miss 10 is the reverse, I fairly frequently have to make her change socks, she gets seriously stinky feet.
