6 months on and not right!

Hi. Im 6 months post my second section. On the first I had not problems at all. This time since the very beginning I've been experiencing pain to the right of my scar. I have been very anxious and been back to the obs several times and he has examined me and said there is nothing wrong, except maybe granulation due to scar tissue. He referred me for physio at 10 weeks and I've been going ever since. I've had therapeutic ultrasound to the area, am doing post natal pilates and specific exercises from the physio every day. I freaked out about 6 weeks ago and went back to obs again and demanded a scan, which showed nothing wrong. Another physio has suggested I might have twisted hip flexor muscles and after some pressing and rubbing alleviated the discomfort for a while - until I did too much work in a pilates class. At this stage it is more discomfort than pain. I am so worried it is never going to improve and Im so fed up waiting for it to go away. Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm sorry, I have no advice for you but there obviously is something going on there, even though it may not be c-sect related. Maybe you have strained some muscles? I hope you get well soon
