[ADVICE] Issues getting pixie photo to let me have "high" res?

Hi there,

As a lovely surprise, DH organised a beautiful photo through Pixie Photos, and bought the image on a CD.

It comes with instructions, saying that it's a 2MB JPEG file, but that when you open it up in a program, it will uncompress into it's full 65MB size.

Unfortunately, it hasn't

I uploaded it into Big W's online photo thingie which I've used for years, and it still says that it's small and low resolution (1.5MB or thereabouts) and there's nowhere obvious where I can decompress it.

I've tried right clicking it, opening it in paint, looking at Properties, Advanced Options, "save as", blah blah blah, but no bone.

I contacted Pixie Photos asking for help, and they've said that maybe it's TOO BIG for biw w to handle, and I should call big w's customer help line ...

I've emailed then AGAIN with my initial query, but they haven't responded ... grrr ...

Any ideas/help/advice?

I don't have photoshop or any other programs like that ... I just want to be able to organise a couple of prints

I can tell you it's not big w. I printed some out the same and they were fine.
If you can I'd take the disc into them and get them to show you.
