She might say you are mean but i bet you are the first one she goes to for cuddles!
My DD is now at that age where she is getting into EVERYTHING! I found her in the pantry last night eating an onion, i grabbed it off her and said "come on, away" and i got this whingey noise and her saying "mean" she does this pout where her top lip goes over her bottom and she sobs then puts her head on the floor and cries.
Just now she was destroying our new phone book that we only got yesterday...and again i took it off her and said "come on lets find you something else to play with" and she said "mean...mean.. mum mum mum"

Oh reminds me we were at dinner last weekend and after dinner she sat on my lap and she reached over to grab a knife and i said "no" and she let out this high pitched squeal everyone in the bistro stared and i said in a stern voice "no you cannot play with the knife" and then everyone chuckled, yep im such a mean mum not letting her play with knives!![]()

Just wait until she can tell you that she doesn't love you anymore!![]()
hahaha i can only imagine it's what my DD1 thinks and only wishes she could say - she just growls at me and knows full well she is doing it cos when i tell her not to growl at me she laughs!!! little poop!
i was a mean mother today, cos apparently, in fairyland, fairies only wear fairy dresses, NOT fairy dresses with trackies on underneath and long sleeve tops (as i was asking bilby with a cold, on a cold day, to do).
screaming, crying ensued. cos i am so mean. times like this i am grateful the lovely neighbour on the other side of us (maisonette, so shared middle wall) is a bit deaf. the screaming blue murder was not a nice sound.
