psychic reading qns

i am just wondering if anyone has an opinion. i was wondering if having a reading done disturbs or disrupts any spirits that come through? like would it be negative for them at all?

not a silly question dont really know the answer but i would think that it wouldnt be negative for them in any way i have also heard you should only have readings done every 6-12 mths as its draining on the spirits energy but dunno ....so im not much help
