    Injury

I have got a book reading injury. i am reading a book that is heavy (in weight) and often read while i am laying down breastfeeding. I only have one hand to hold the book which i ok for the right hand pages cos the book is resting on the bed but to read the left hand pages i have to hold the book up and i have hurt a muscle in my hand.

hopefully someone else has done this too or i will feel even sillier.

lol I haven't had an injury per se but I do find it painful! I've seen those things in dymocks and other stores where they are like little bean bags for your book - they hold them up. I dont know how well they work though. Nothing more annoying when it's a good book and it's too painful to read!

You need yourself a book seat (google it). I've got one, it's purple. I snickered unkindly when my sister gave it to me, but now I LOVE IT.

Pain running from the base of your little finger to your wrist? Yep, done it! I find I bandage it up so I can keep it still (and to remind me that it hurts) for a day or so and then it's right as rain again. And get totally embarrassed when people see the bandage and ask what I've done.
