Lost a recipe - can you help?

    Hi all

Some time ago I made a yummy frittata at home that I want to make again on Sunday for DS's christening. Problem - can't find the recipe!

I also made it for Easter at my IL's beach house, which is sadly 3.5hrs away or I'd go get the receipe book. So I know for sure it is in the AWW cookbook called something like "Eating Together"... but I can't find it anywhere online or here at my house.

    Can you help?

It is for pancetta, fetta and tomato frittata. (That's a lot of Ts...)

Contains eggs, pancetta, fetta, mini roma tomatos and parmesan cheese. The recipe called for it to be cooked in texas muffin pans.

I'd love it if someone could help out!

Have you googled aww cookbook and searched in there?

Do you know the name of the recipe?

LS - didn't see this til now sorry! That one would have been great, maybe I'll print it out and try it next - just for the fact that I can make it the day before and reheat! That'd be handy.

Thankfully the MIL brought the recipe book back from the beach house!!! I made them for the christening after party ( ) and they were a huge hit, yay!
