    Evil pregnancy hormones.

Am I the only pg person who is hating everyone at the moment? I even find Im angry at myself for being so grumpy!
My first pregnancy I was a beautiful glowing thing, happy as larry feeling great, loving life... This time around Im such a cranky ***** its awful. I have a few good days and a few bad days a week but its really getting to me. The cat annoys me, the dog annoys me, other peoples kids annoy me, the plates in the sink annoy me, my skin annoys me... I could go on lol
Is there anything I can do to relieve the symptoms? Anyone else feeling like this?

Oh hugs hun, that sounds rough. How long have you been feeling like this? I remember having periods like that during pregnancy- seemingly small things would annoy and frustrate me. Are you getting enough sleep? (I know that can be hard with a toddler). The fact that you are running around after a toddler this time around probably means you aren't resting as much as your first preg.
Are you doing yoga or meditation or some other stress relieving activity? Go gently on yourself.
I hope you are feeling fab again really soon. Lots of love xx

    Thanks for your replies Ladies.

Am I looking after myself? *sigh* so not as much as I should be. Which is the case with almost anyone with a toddler I guess.
Im 19 weeks now, and Its been pretty much from the start I think. Fingers crossed for a happy day tmrw, there is a yoga class on so I will have to force myself to go.

I do have good days, and out of all my pregnancies i think this is the worst with the hormones!

    Hi Peach
Yes I have been a snakey cow...I have two little ones at home and sometimes feel like the worst mother in the world for being so cranky! A couple of things to consider though - are your iron levels adequate? This can make you very cranky (as I have found out). Also, I regularly see a chiropractor and told him recently that I was really cranky. After examining me he told me that the baby was pushing up on my liver - as you can imagine if your body can't process toxins it is going to make you feel pretty average. He pushed my liver to the back and in all honesty that did provide some relief! I am 38 1/2 weeks now and ready for the baby to be OUT! Oh the joys of pregnancy

Hooray, Im not the only one lol
KarenM, My last bunch of bloods all came back fine and Iv been eating pretty well so Im not sure if iron would be an issue but maybe I could use it as an excuse anyway.. Glad your chiro could help you.
Heres hoping we all wake up on the right side of the bed tmrw
