    Is fried rice safe to eat??

    Last night I ate fried rice from a Chinese restaurant and it had bits of ham or bacon in it. This is safe as it is cooked am I right?? Sorry to sound neurotic I think I worry too much but I would rather check!

    It is fine because it is hot. Listeria isn't killed by refrigeration.
