Well done you. A big step taken and a huge step forward. Hope the next two weeks gives you the answers to how your journey needs to be taken.
AND AM SOO GLAD I DID!!
So I know I've just had a baby BUT I am going backwards dramatically nearly reaching the weight I was full term with her! PCOS is back in full swing and I needed help cause what I was doing wasn't working... 10km a day 1000cal intake a day MAX
So I've been put on a plan for 2 weeks (which is achievable!) She's going to work on if its actual weight gain or fluid retention in these 2 weeks to help me from then on...
I can't wait for the new me I was feeling stuck lost and in a black hole but now I know what I need to do and I have someone there supporting me (other than dh)
So if you've been meaning to go I suggest go you'll be surprised how much it isn't what you'd dreaded![]()

Did you need a referral from your GP? It's something I've always been going to do but never got around to. With DS being 4wks old im scared I will put on weight lime I did after my first pregnancy.
Thanks Danielle
