I like Trilogy, Janz is nice too. I prefer bubbles to be closer to champers so I prefer to go for similar grapes and less sweet as well.

I prefer dry as well. I will have to try all of your suggestions. (I may even revisit Carrington Blush )

Not a fan of Moscato. I LOVE Yarra Burn! I only buy it every now and then because it's almost $30 a bottle here. I live right near that winery too.

Trilogy is good and under your budget but for a splurge I'd go grant burge or janz. I've just bought a box of cleanskin chardonnay pinot noir for a party no sure what its like I'll tell u tomorrow!

Seppelt Fleur De Lys sparkling is another very nice one.
