    Left over puff pastry ideas

Whenever I make anything with puff pastry there is always left overs. I normally throw it away but today I'm thinking of making up some thick custard and making custard puffs.

What do you do? Any ideas??

Dh sometime puts jam on the pastry and cooks that yummy.

Pizza scrolls - spread some tomato paste and top with cheese, ham, pineapple, anything goes really. Roll up and slice and bake. Can also use olive tapenade... that's yummy.

vol au vents and you can fill with leftover bolonaise sauce (thanks Beatrix for that idea!) or a chicken mushroom in white sauce.
Or, you can put them in muffin tins filled with savoury mince mixture.
