    HI ladies,
Well the twins are 3 next month and they are becoming a handful when I go out shopping. They won't listen and they hit each other yell at each other. I also have a 8 month old so they know that it's hard for me.

    Hi everyone...
My twin girls are 4 and 1/2 and are gorgeous but pretty crazy! The past 2 months they've been waking up between 5:30am - 6am every morning which is too early I think. They are asleep at 7:30pm each night and sleep all night and don't have a daytime nap. They used to wake up around 6:30am - 7am which was great but they've just got themselves into this really early wake up time. They seem really tired and irritable during the day but I just can't get them to sleep past 6am any more. I've tried making their room as dark as possible by putting up a blackout blind - this made no difference and I've also tried putting them to bed later so that they start sleep at 8pm - they still wake up at the same time. Does anyone have any suggestions for me as I can see they are tired every day and I'm sick of seeing them like this. HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh merry! My 3&1/2 year old boys go through stages like that too. Can you explain to them they are not allowed out of there room until 7am? Maybe buy them a kids clock and make it a big deal for them? Explain that if they wake they can read books but have to stay put? Also do you have quiet time during the day? I find an hour or so wind down just after lunch does wonders. I either read some books or put on a DVD for them but nothing too loud or active. I hope you find some answers as I know how tough grumpy kids can be!!
