I went on the 10 Day Challenge (technically did it for 11 days, wasn't hard after the first couple of days and once I had some ideas!) which is a great detox but also a great way to live everyday foodwise for great health.

I found lots of yummy recipes and everyone very quickly commented on my soft skin being even softer and my eyes looking really bright and blue, of course weight loss also. Unlike other detoxes, you don't just lose water or anything like that. It makes a massive health difference. Even if I deviate from the diet, I still keep certain changes, even just breakfast which I think is huge, considering we are most toxic in the morning, so I make sure I drink water with lemon as the very first thing, then vegies for brekkie, be it avocado and cherry tomatoes (with lemon and himalayan salt which I put on as much as I can), carrots (raw or juice) or normal tomatoes. Really helps clean the crap out of your system. Yes it is weird eating vegies for brekkie at first but I love it now, feels clean and fresh than heavy and wheaty.

I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking at massive health changes. I have found some clips on youtube explaining it.
