How many loaves of bread in a week?

How many loaves of bread does your family normally eat in a week?

Im trying to work out how much we eat in a week. I'm thinking its probably around 4 loaves, and thats for 1 adult and 2 kids (I don't eat bread just DH)

Is that a lot or not much for 3 people? DH will sometimes buy rolls on top of the bread so maybe 4 rolls a week as well.

We can go though over a loaf in a day, depending on what we have to eat. I would say we go through 5 - 9 loaves a week? That's for 6 of us...

When DH is here we go through a loaf in 2 days. When it's just the kids and I, a loaf lasts over a week - we aren't big bread eaters.

I bake a loaf of bread every second day. If I want to stretch it out a bit I offer a different breakfast or lunchbox meal. I make a sourdough using rye and whole wheat so it is more filling.

Usually 6-7 per week. It depends on if the kids have a run of eating toast for brekkie. If they have a few days of eating toast then we will easily do a loaf per day, (because I then need to make their school lunches) but if they are eating more cereal, then it might only be as little as 5. And that's for 6 of us but DH isn't a big bread eater either.

We go through 8-10. My kids are huge bread eaters. The kids have toast for brekky, sandwiches for school lunch and When they get home from school they make toasted sandwiches, after tea they will make more toast. I don't eat bread at all. DH buys a couple of rolls every day on the way to work to make his lunch.

It usually averages between 8 -10 a week, but school holidays it can easily double!

That two adults (I dont eat alot though) five kids.
My two teens will each eat 4 slices for breakfast, four for lunch, four to six after school and then if they are hungry after dinner they might have another two!
They can nail a loaf between them a day! They are both 6ft with hollow legs though - oh to have their metabolism

There is 4 of us here (2 adults and 2 toddlers) and we go through usually 2 loaves a week (well I have to buy a white loaf for DH and wholemeal of course for my boys - I alternate - depending on what we have most of). We (me and the boys) usually do toast for breaky every morning and probably only average 2 or 3 at the most of sandwiches for lunch. At the moment we are doing more soups for dinner, so we'll have toast to dunk in the soup - so at the moment it tends to be 3 loaves (but most of the time I end up chucking out some of the white cause it doesn't get eaten).
