Pretty Sure I'm crazy

I am only 5 weeks PG. I have been PG before plenty of times. This time is humerous. I am starving and SUPER bloated. I am always hungry and my stomach is so bloated.

Let me cut to the chase:

Could I be having twins..has anyone out there with twins experienced this?

I experienced same stuff at the start of this pregnancy and I'm only having one. maybe you're using more energy chasing your daughter and getting hungrier this time? I have been waaaaaaaaaay more active this time and eating to compensate for it!
