Ovulation and EWCM?

Hi Girls

Just charting my CM at the moment to see what my body is doing post baby and breastfeeding. So I definitely have ewcm around O time, and then get AF a couple of weeks later.

My question is when is ovulation? Is it when CM is the most abundant/ew, or the day after? The reason I ask is that I manually enter O on my chart, but my LP seems to be too long so I assume I have O day wrong

I am fairly sure EWCM is just prior to O.

I *think* I get ewcm about 2 days before O. Does this sound right to anyone else? I'm not charting so unless I have a longer luteal phase, I think it would be between 24-48 hours later.

Thanks girls. So from what you have both said, I might adjust my O date by a day or 2.

Well I had ewcm on Saturday but only got a positive opk today, so at least 3 days between ewcm and ovulation, assuming I will ovulate tomorrow. Good luck

I actually O the day after my EWCM has nearly all gone. Do you have any other signs that you may be Oing? I know I get the EWCM but on the day I actually O I get cramps.

Ah ok Trillian, I do get O pains in the side I am Oing from. So when I get those pains, that's the day? And is it happening at the very moment you feel those pains? Lol, I'm getting a bit carried away now I think
