Bed rail for toddler?

I would like to take the cot side of Vs cot and put up a bed rail. Where would I get one? I'd like to get it today.. Any suggestions? Tia

I got a bed rail at target, also seen them in big w kmart and baby stores.

Got ours at Captain Snooze I think and yes you would definitely get one from Target or a Baby Bunting if you have one.
