contraceptive councelling, what do i NEED to know??

I have an appointment comming up at the contraceptive councelling clinic, and was hoping some of you lovely ladies could help me be prepared for it!
what questions would be asked,
what i need to know
what options are available
ect ect...

background: my doctor made this appointment for me, with the strong recomendation of having my tubes done even tho my patner and i are both only 23, i have had implanon and the 3 month shot, both gave me horrid side-effects. ive had a few diffrent types of the pill, and well, my 2 beautifull girls are proof of how well they worked! (yes the were taken as directed)
and to top it all off, ive developed a sensitivity to something in condoms

any help to be prepared for this appointment, so i dont feel like a compleate doofus would be much apreciated!!

It depends on if u want more children they usually will have tube tying as an option because u have 4 children assuming they are all yours i cant remember if they are or not if u do want permanent solution they will be willing to talk about it im 23 and they will not talk about it with me coz i only have 2 children and they say wat if u want more children even though im sure i dont want anymore

not sure wat u can say just know wat u want and make them listen
