Other than Club Med, where else has Kids Clubs?

So as the title suggests, I am after places (not in Australia) that have kids clubs that are as good as Club Med. I'm planning a getaway in 3 years time when I'm 40 but will need to word some people up to start saving soon.

So let me know, good and bad reviews, places to put on the shortlist.

Many resorts in Fiji. Check out BYOkids. It's an online website that have a list of kid friendly resorts with kids clubs. We booked our last holiday through them.

I can highly recommend Jean Michel custeou resort in Fiji. But it's very expensive.

We just came back from Kota Kinabulu in Malaysia (Borneo side) and stayed at the Shangri-La Tanjung Aru resort - absolutely fabulous there (check out expedia for reviews). Loved it and would def go again. Not only did it have a kids club it also had an amazing water park on their grounds. My kids loved it.

We went to Fiji a couple of years ago too, cant remember where we stayed tho! Most of the places have kids club there as well.

But if you want the ultimate in kids club try Jumeriah Beach Resort in Dubai. We have been there twice in the last few years with the kids and it is great! I love Dubai too.

We went to Castaway Island in Fiji at Easter and it had a great kids club for age 3 up. I think a lot of them start from age 2 or 3 but they had really cheap babysitters for younger kids. It's a great holiday for everyone, fun for the kids and relaxing for the parents!

Have you thought about a cruise? The ships all have kids club (P&O do anyway that I know), you can whizz around to some islands and the while cruising the kids can go to kids club!

Have you looked at Beaches? They're the family branch of Sandals. All expenses paid type thing, based in the Caribbean. They are expensive but they often have 65% off sales coming into their winter. DH and I did our honeymoon at Sandals Grande Antigua, and for the week it cost us $7,500US including flights from LA to Antigua and back. We got it during a sale because it was in December, and if it had've been in their summer it would have been something ridiculous like $20KUS. We got our flights to LA through Webjet for $1,000 each return on Qantas and United, and booked our accommodation there through Wotif for like $79 a night at the Sheraton. All up I think the holiday cost us about $10K for the two of us, including spending money and sight seeing in LA for 4 days. So a lot of money for a short amount of time, but you only do the honeymoon thing once was what we figured

But yeah, Sandals is the couples resorts, and Beaches are their family resorts. Sandals was fantastic, the staff were so friendly, the maids, the activities coordinators, the bartenders, everyone was just awesome, so I would expect the same from their family chain.
