It has been offered through the Tafe via my kids school, which is fantastic cause it ends up costing a lot less than going to actual Tafe itself. It cost me $180 for the year, and then because we wanted to look the part an extra $36 for a top that we had done up. We are doing it as a virtual enterprise, so it is like we are running our own business from the get go. We have to set up the business, create a business plan etc, and we also have a business mentor. We still have assignments etc to do as well as run the business. Cause we are doing it like a proper business, we have sections Admin/Finance/HR/Sales and Marketing. We all will eventually get a go in each "department" and then on top of all that we still have to do work placement as well. I am enjoying it at the moment its a different and fun way to learn. At the end we'll get a proper nationally recognised TAFE certificate to say we've successfully completed the course.
