Got some that needs to be eaten tomorrow..

Was going to have it tonight, but I've decided that going to the pub for Schnitzel night is a much better idea, lol.

i have a yummy recipie for turkey burgers....

500g turkey mince
fine diced onion
garlic
parsley
1 egg
bread crumbs
1 small grated apple
1 tblspn worcestershire
1 tspn soy sauce

mix all together adding breadcrumbs to gain right consistancy (not too sticky) roll in to patty shapes, coat with flour and cook in a little oil. simple and yum.

I use it for anything I'd use beef mince for.

fried rice using it instead of ham
