    chest and sinus infection

So I went to the Dr yesterday and have a chest and sinus infection. The Dr gave me some antibiotics which have already made a vast improvement to the way that I feel overall. My issue is that I am on a rather tight dead line to get better, is there anything that I can do to make sure I am taking care of myself to get better as quickly as possible?

    Any help would be great.

A nasal spray will help your sinus infection and clear out any gunk. If you have one, use a vaporiser with eucalyptus oil in it at night.

Are your pregnant? (just looking at your Avi)..

If so.. grab the fess nasal spray as its the only one you can use while pregnant as its just saline.

I will preface this with, these are thing i do, there is no 'proof' this will speed up your recovery.
Make sure you eat really well, I always eat loads of garlic when I'm sick.
    get lots of rest.
Also get fresh air each day
    Multivitamins
Probiotics to boost your 'healthy' bacteria that will be killed off by the ABs
Good luck and get well soon

Sj has given you good tips, I have just had sinus surgery to clear out my sinuses the surgeon said the best thing you can do is a nasal rinse, not just the spray as it goes right up into your sinuses to clear them out. You can get a few different brands it's not pleasant but it does make a difference.
