risotto - simple winter warmer

im making this tonight, i love it. Its quick, simple, the kids love it!

i use a rice cooker.
You just fry off the onion, zucchini, garlic and sage, butter and oil and then add rice and then chicken stock and let it do its thing, when it switches to warm I add lemon juice and parm and frozen peas and there you have it lemon, zucchini and pea risotto

Mmmm that sounds delicious.

Do all rice cookers allow you to cook risotto? Must say the whole stirring at the stove normally puts me off them

i think so, mines just a $10 cheapy from aldi and it works fine
