Fever after 4 month vaccination

DD had her 4 month vaccination today and she now has a fever of 38.5 degrees C apart from panadol can i do any thing to help her

I'd not give her panadol as it is actually contradicted against the body's immune response to the vaccination so to give panadol can reduce this response. Personally I preferred to give a tepid bath and put a wet cloth on their foreheads and let their body do their thing.

Thanks I hadn't given her any panadol yet, I tried the bath and put some cooler clothes on and she seems to be looking a bit better. It's just so hard seeing her so misrable
