Given it's the same thickness I would imagine the cooking time would be similar - maybe slightly reduced. DP cooks pork belly often and as far as I can tell he cooks it for about the same time each time.

so the recipe i have is for a 1-1.2kg piece, i hve a 750g piece, the roast is no thinning than one larger as its just shorter (hope that makes sense) so do i adjust the cooking time???

I would lessen the time a little, check it and then cook it some more if needed.
